What it is
Prozit is Laima's signature Christmas confection — a seasonal assortment that has marked Latvian winter celebrations for decades. Each box holds eight large, individually foil-wrapped chocolate pralines, each with a distinct liqueur centre: Coffee, Riga Black Balsam, Whisky, Cognac, Cherry Brandy, Tequila, Rum, and Banana Liqueur.
The shell is dark chocolate with cocoa content of at least 39%, giving a proper bitter edge against the spirit-forward centres. Alcohol content is approximately 18.5% — these are strictly for adults.
