What it is
Talsu Ritulis red is the plain version of the Latvian classic — firm, pale-yellow, mild and lightly nutty under its red wax coat. The everyday cheese-board choice in Baltic households.
Cheese board, breakfast slices, grated over pasta, or melted on toast — it does whatever a good cow’s milk cheese should do.
