What it is
Our Cheese Soup is a velvety, gently flavoured broth made by melting good-quality processed cheese into a base of soft potatoes and sauteed vegetables. The result is a smooth, lightly creamy soup that warms from the inside out — finished with crispy baked croutons for a satisfying contrast of textures. A reliable vegetarian choice, equally good for lunch or a light dinner.
Serve hot. Best enjoyed with a slice of dark rye bread. The croutons are packed separately — add them just before eating so they stay crisp.
