What it is
Bryndusha are classic Moldovan praline candies from Bucuria, Moldova's largest confectionery producer — established in Chişinău in 1946. Each piece is dome-shaped: a praline centre of roasted peanuts and cocoa, enrobed in dark chocolate, then finished with a dusting of crisp wafer crumbs. The name comes from brânduşă , the Moldovan crocus that blooms at the first hint of spring.
Ingredients
Sugar, roasted peanuts, cocoa mass, coconut oil, cocoa butter, wafer crumbs (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, salt), cocoa powder. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. Glazing agent: carnauba wax.
