Bread "Aldutės"
Soft dark rye, gentle sweetness, caraway — a Lasuduona classic.

What it is
Aldutės is one of Lasuduona’s most popular bread shapes — a long, dark rye-wheat loaf with a fluffy, moist crumb and a softly sweet flavour from a touch of malt extract. Caraway threads through every slice without dominating.
Use it the way a Lithuanian kitchen does: thick slices under herring, butter-and-cheese for breakfast, beside hot beetroot soup with sour cream, or toasted for a base under cured fats and pâtés.
Ingredients
Rye and wheat flour, water, sugar, malt extract, yeast, salt, caraway seeds.
