What it is
Korovka (meaning “little cow”) is one of Russia’s most recognisable biscuit names, made by the Moscow confectionery factory Rot Front. These round sugar biscuits are light and crumbly with a gentle baked-milk aroma — the kind that disappears quickly from any tin. Great with tea, coffee, or as an everyday treat.
