What it is

The savoury, mushroom-forward cup in the Big Lunch range: wheat noodles in a rich beef-flavour broth, deepened with real dried mushrooms, bay leaf, black pepper and a scatter of dried greens. Darker and more warming than the chicken varieties — the one to reach for when you want something closer to a proper broth.

Pour boiling water up to the mark inside the cup, cover, wait 3–4 minutes and stir. A dependable stash for the office drawer, halls of residence, long drives and anywhere else a hot lunch has to happen in minutes.
