What it is
Švyturys Extra is the flagship lager of the Švyturys brewery in Klaipėda — one of Lithuania's oldest brewing traditions. Launched in 1995, it quickly became the country's most recognised beer, and has since remained a benchmark for clean, approachable pale lager.
Poured, it shows a clear golden colour with a persistent white head. The flavour is well-balanced: a light malt sweetness on the palate, a gentle hop bitterness in the finish, and a clean, dry aftertaste. Refreshing cold, easy to pair with grilled food, smoked fish, or simply on its own.
