What it is
Obolon Premium is a pale lager brewed at Kyiv's Obolon Brewery — one of Eastern Europe's largest independently operated breweries. The Premium line was developed to a higher malt specification: a touch more body than the standard range, clean hop bitterness, and a long, dry finish.
Cold-filtered and pasteurised, it pours a clear golden yellow with a fine white head. Best enjoyed well chilled, straight from the can or poured into a tall glass.
