What it is
Sushki are small, ring-shaped dried crackers — a centuries-old Russian baked staple that sits somewhere between a breadstick and a cracker. Malutka (“little one”) are the smallest and most delicate of the sushki family. These come glazed and studded with poppy seeds, giving a faint crunch and a subtly sweet finish with every bite. Airy, never heavy, they hold up well in a bag or pocket and keep crisp for weeks.
Ingredients
Wheat flour (premium grade), water, sugar, refined deodorised sunflower oil, poppy seeds (3%), baker’s yeast, salt.
