What it is
HOVAZ, meaning Leopard in Armenian, is a dry red wine from Wine Formula LLC, crafted from the native Areni grape in the Vayots dzor region of southern Armenia. Areni is one of the oldest cultivated grape varieties in the world, with archaeological evidence of winemaking in this valley dating back over 6,000 years.
The wine opens with red berry and pomegranate aromas backed by a lively, mineral-edged acidity that keeps every sip fresh. Vinified fully dry to let the grape speak clearly.
