What it is
Marmelade in the Eastern European sense — soft fruit jelly cubes or slices, set with pectin or agar, dusted in fine sugar. Citrus slices, berry cubes, lemon-orange wedges — bright colours, bright fruit flavour.
For tea-tables, lunchboxes, road trips; a small bowl in the kitchen for grabs. Sugar-dusted finish keeps them from sticking together.
Ingredients
Sugar, glucose syrup, water, fruit purée or juice, gelling agent (pectin), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural fruit flavour, fruit and vegetable concentrates for colour. May contain sulphites — see pack.
