What it is
Cheddarwurst from the ĀDAŽI Grill Collection are plump pork sausages enriched with cheddar cheese, made by Gaļas Nams Ādaži — one of Latvia's well-regarded meat producers. As the sausage heats up on the grill or in a pan, the cheese softens and melts through, giving every bite a savoury, lightly creamy depth.
Grill or pan-fry over medium heat until the skin is golden and lightly blistered. Serve hot with wholegrain mustard, pickled cucumbers, and thick-cut rye bread.
