Abrau-Dyurso Sparkling Wine, Semi-Sweet White
Light, festive and gently sweet — from Russia's most celebrated sparkling wine house
RUSSIA · ABRAU-DYURSO · 750 ML 11.5% ABV
What it is
Abrau-Dyurso is Russia's oldest and most prestigious sparkling wine producer, founded in 1870 on the shores of Lake Abrau near Novorossiysk in the Krasnodar Krai. This semi-sweet white sparkler is produced using the tank method (secondary fermentation in sealed vats), delivering a consistently fresh, clean wine at an approachable price point.
Pale straw-gold in the glass, it opens with bright aromas of yellow apple, pear, and a hint of citrus blossom. On the palate it is gently effervescent, softly sweet, and finishes with a clean fruit character that makes it an easy companion to fruit desserts, light pastries, or an aperitif occasion.
Ingredients
White grape must (varieties include Chardonnay, Riesling, Aligoté); preservative: sulphur dioxide (E220).
Specific grape variety blend may vary by vintage. Check the bottle label for the current composition.
