RUSSIA · AKF · 170 g
What it is
Kozinaki is a classic Eastern confection made by binding roasted nuts or seeds with caramelised sugar or honey syrup. AKF's peanut kozinaki uses whole roasted peanut kernels pressed into firm, crunchy slabs — straightforward and satisfying.
Made at the Azovskaya Confectionery Factory in Azov, Rostov region, these have been a staple in Russian sweet shops for decades. Good with tea, good on their own.
