What it is
Riga Black Balsam Chocolate & Mint is a contemporary liqueur from AS Amber Latvijas Balzams — the Riga distillery producing the legendary Black Balsam since 1752. This 30% variant weaves the botanical depth of the original herbal recipe with the indulgent flavours of sweet chocolate and cool peppermint, brightened by a delicate hint of chicory and coffee.
Serve chilled as a digestif, over ice, or mixed into cocktails and coffee drinks. Its combination of bittersweet chocolate and clean mint works equally well neat or as a mixer.
