Wild Strawberry Jam
Forest berries preserved at their peak — intense, fragrant, true to the wild
EASTERN EUROPE · WILD STRAWBERRY PRESERVE · 370 G
What it is
Wild strawberry jam (варенье) is a preserve made from one of the most treasured ingredients in Eastern European cooking. Wild strawberries are smaller and far more intensely scented than their cultivated cousins — floral, slightly tart, and picked by hand from forest clearings. The berries are cooked whole in a light sugar syrup, which stays amber and clear, letting the fruit shine. The 370 g jar is a concentrated dose of short summer.
