What it is
Torchin® Ketchup For Shish Kebab is made from a blend of three tomato varieties, giving a rich colour and balanced flavour. The Madras curry spice blend adds coriander, cumin, nutmeg and cloves for gentle warmth; chilli extract delivers a clean heat that suits charcoal-grilled and oven-roasted meats equally well. The convenient soft-pack format is easy to squeeze and stores compactly in the fridge.
Use as a dipping sauce for shish kebab, grilled chicken, pork ribs, or any barbecue meat. Also works as a marinade base — spread over meat before grilling for a caramelised crust.
