What it is
Talsu curds are a fresh dairy product made from pasteurised cow's milk with active lactic cultures. At 9% fat, they sit in the semi-fat range — firm enough to slice or crumble, yet soft enough to eat straight from the pack. Made by JSC Talsu Piensaimnieks in Talsi, Latvia, a dairy producer with a long tradition of Baltic curd-making.
