What it is
A classic from Latvia's oldest confectionery house — each piece is a dark-chocolate shell enclosing a liquid centre made with the celebrated Riga Black Balsam, a 45-herb Latvian herbal bitters produced in Riga since 1752. Bittersweet, aromatic, and just faintly warming.
