What it is
Korovka (“little cow”) has been one of Russia’s best-loved sweets since the Soviet era. Made at the Rot Front factory in Moscow — founded in 1826 — these soft, chewy toffees are built on a short list of real dairy ingredients: condensed milk, butter and glucose syrup. The result is a gentle, creamy sweetness that is neither sticky nor cloying. Each piece comes individually wrapped in the iconic cow-print paper.
