What it is
Doktora Extra is a classic cooked sausage from RGK — Rēzeknes gaļas kombināts, one of Latvia's most established meat producers based in Rēzekne. Made to the traditional Doktorskaya recipe, this Extra variant blends pork, chicken and a measure of pork tongue for a fuller, richer character.
Ready to eat straight from the pack, or serve sliced on rye bread with mustard. Equally good fried in a pan until lightly golden.
