What it is
Produced at the Kėdainiai Preserves Factory, this vibrant condiment combines freshly grated horseradish root (35%) with sweet red beetroot (50%) to create a thick, ready-to-use sauce. The pungency of horseradish is softened by the earthy sweetness of beetroot, giving a balanced flavour suited to cold meats, smoked fish, and rye bread alike.
Excellent alongside boiled or smoked meats, cold cuts, herring, and hard-boiled eggs. Spread on dark rye bread for a quick savoury snack.
Refrigerate after opening.
