Pine Buds Tea
A forest infusion steeped in Eastern European herbal tradition
HERBAL TEA · PINE BUDS · 50 G
What it is
Dried buds of wild Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris), harvested in early spring when the buds are just beginning to open and their essential oil content is at its peak. Long used across Eastern Europe and Russia as a warming herbal infusion — particularly during cold and flu season. To brew: pour 200 ml of boiling water over one teaspoon of buds, cover, and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and drink warm.
