What it is
Fortuna is one of Pergalė's most distinctive wafer sweets — three layers of crispy waffles baked at the Vilnius factory, sandwiched with a rich chocolate-flavoured cream and topped with crumbled potato chips, then finished with a thin cocoa glaze. The contrast of crunch, cream, and a hint of salt makes each piece unexpectedly moreish.
