What it is
Pergalė Cherry Sweets are individually wrapped dark chocolate confections, each with a liquid cherry liqueur centre. The filling is sweet and fruity with a gentle warmth from the alcohol, enclosed in a thin dark chocolate shell. The contrast is clean — bitter cocoa against ripe cherry. A classic from Vilnius, Lithuania, where Pergalė has been making confectionery since 1954. Contains alcohol; not suitable for children or pregnant women.
Ingredients
Sugar syrup (sugar, water), dark chocolate 30% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, polyglycerol polyricinoleate), vegetable fats (palm oil, shea butter), cherry liqueur 4.5% (ethyl alcohol, concentrated cherry juice, sugar), maize starch, flavouring.
