What it is
Bistrampolio Dvaro Alus (Manor Ale) is a pale lager brewed by Aukštaitijos Bravorai, a craft brewery from the Aukštaitija region of northern Lithuania. The beer takes its name from the historic Bistrampolio estate, where the brewing tradition is part of the local heritage.
Naturally fermented without shortcuts, it pours a clear golden colour with aromas of grain, fresh hops and a faint breadiness. The taste is clean and refreshing — a gentle bitterness on the finish, no artificial heaviness. Best served cold, straight from the bottle or into a tall glass.
