What it is
Obeliai rapeseed oil is refined and deodorised to a clean, neutral taste that lets the flavour of your ingredients come through. Made from rapeseed grown and pressed in Lithuania, it has a high smoke point that handles pan-frying, roasting and baking without burning or imparting off-flavours.
Rapeseed oil naturally carries the lowest saturated fat content of common cooking oils and is rich in oleic acid and plant-source omega-3 (ALA). Use it where you want a clean result: frying eggs, roasting vegetables, baking cakes or mixing into dressings when a neutral base is preferred.
