What it is
Fluffy sugar-and-gelatine marshmallows — chewy, lightly sweet, dusted in starch or sugar. White, pink, or vanilla; the kind that go on hot chocolate or get toasted on sticks over a fire.
Drop into hot cocoa, toast over a flame, fold into rice-cereal squares, or just eat them by the handful.
