What it is
Sweetened condensed whole milk from the Ichnyansky Dairy Cannery in Ichnia, Chernihiv region — a recognised heritage brand that has been canning condensed milk for the post-Soviet market since the 1950s and exports today to more than thirty countries. Thick, smooth, naturally sweet and unmistakably creamy.
Stir a spoonful into coffee or strong tea, drizzle on syrniki or pancakes, layer through tortes, eclairs or honey-cakes (Медовик), or build a quick banoffee. The 450 g doypack pouch with twist cap is the practical bit — squeeze out exactly what you need and the rest stays sealed in the fridge.
