What it is
Rassolnik is one of Russia's most cherished soups, built around the bright, savoury tang of pickled cucumbers. DOVGAN's ready-made version stays true to the classic: tender pearl barley, soft potatoes, carrots and onions in a light tomato broth, finished with brined cucumbers. No artificial preservatives.
