What it is
Tavo is Lasuduona’s seeded line. The dark version is a rye-and-wheat loaf folded with roasted sunflower seeds — nutty crunch in every bite, deeper colour, more bite than a plain rye. The seeds also bring zinc, iron and vitamin E along for the ride.
The slice that needs almost nothing: a smear of butter, perhaps a piece of hard cheese, perhaps a slice of dry-cured ham. Excellent toasted, holding up well to anything you stack on top.
