What it is
Dark rye sourdough bread with whole seeds — sunflower, pumpkin, or mixed — worked through the dough. The crumb is dense and moist, the seeds give crunch and a nutty depth.
Sliced for smoked fish, butter and herbs, or melted cheese; toasts on the third day for an even deeper flavour.
