What it is
Zadumka are a classic Russian biscuit: two light, crumbly rounds sandwiched with a smooth cream of varenaya sgushchyonka — caramelised condensed milk. The slow-cooked milk gives the filling a deep toffee sweetness that ordinary condensed milk simply can’t match.
