What it is
Obolon Lager is a pale lager brewed by Obolon — one of Ukraine's largest and most recognised breweries, established in Kyiv in 1980. The beer follows a traditional bottom-fermentation process, producing a clear, straw-coloured pour with a fine white head.
At 5.0% ABV, it sits in the classic European lager territory: light-bodied, mildly bitter from noble hops, with a clean finish that works well cold on its own or alongside grilled meat and light snacks.
