One glass (200 ml) of this jelly contains 30-50% of the daily requirement for vitamins of preschool children and 25-40% of the daily requirement for an adult. (The vitamin C content per serving is 28% of the RDA.) For children under 10, one glass a day is recommended as a third course. For adolescents, adults and the elderly, one or two glasses a day.
