For production used freshly caught sprats. Bay leaf and a set of spices give it a rich spicy aroma and original taste. Sprats contain a large composition of useful elements: sulfur, fluorine, molybdenum and vitamins of group B. Sprats are consumed independently as a cold snack, used as the filling for kanape or tartelets.
